I wanted to let everyone on this site know about an exciting experiment in the use of our collective spiritual power to support the healing of our world. The event is a "World Blessing" on the Parliament of World's Religions and the UN Climate Change conference in Copenhagen. It will be on Tuesday Dec 1, 4-5pm PST/7-8pm EST; Wed Dec 2 12-1am GMT. This will involve a global meditation led by Dr Michael Beckwith live from the PWR in Melbourne Australia. To listen live, go to www.unity.fm and click play. The Gaiafield Center for Subtle Activism at the California Institute of Integral Studies has teamed up with the Association for Global New Thought and Unity.FM to organize a special internet radio broadcast that will bring people together from around the world in a global meditation focused on supporting two important international gatherings: the Parliament of World's Religions and the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
In the first half of the show, Rev. Paulette Pipe will talk with David Nicol and Leslie Meehan, co-founders of the Gaiafield Center for Subtle Activism, about the concept and practice of subtle activism and the story behind today's event. In the second half of the show, we will cross to a live blessing ceremony and meditation led onstage by Dr Michael Beckwith (Agape International Spiritual Center) from the Global New Thought pre-conference event at the Parliament of World Religions, Melbourne. In concert with indigenous Australian healer Jeremy Donovan, and the Agape International Choir, Dr. Beckwith will guide listeners worldwide through a global meditation and prayer on the eve of the Parliament of the World's Religions and the UN Climate Change conference taking place in Copenhagen.
