What is your interest in PeaceWork?

I am very much intersted in promoting the value of peace as a 'child right' among the rural and urban children in my region

Are you currently involved in any non-profit or volunteer work?

I am the Chief functionary and Executive Director of Goodwill social work centre,an Indian NGO in Madurai,Tamilnadu,South India.I worked as a Professor of social work and Human resources management at the Madurai Institute of social sciences,Madurai,India.

What is your Passion? Your Purpose?

My passion is to work for the promotion,protection and defend the rights of children enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the child(1989) in India.

How do any products or services you offer contribute to making the world more peaceful?

I have founded a Children's Rights Centre as a unit of Goodwill social work centre and been organising peace education programme for schoolaged children in this region.

Is there anything else that you'd like us to know about you?

My organistion is planning to take up peace education as a rights based programme for children in villages,towns and cities in India.Any project partnership for the above programme is most welcome.
