A regular spiritual practice has long been the way to inner peace and holistic harmony. For each of us, there is a calling from a particular modality or practice that brings us to our Spirit.
Sitting at the harp, strumming the strings and feeling their resonance through the soundboard is where I find my peace and inspiration.
The simple practice of Qigong feeds my soul delicious.
