- Peaces arises not through the consummation of conflict, but through its dispersal. Kill the beast of war within, and the phoenix of peace will fly without.
- What is your interest in PeaceWork?
- This year, working to contribute toward an end to the Bush hegemony and the beginning of a transformative future.
- How long have you been involved in PeaceMaking?
- Since my daughter was born. Children have a way of providing perspective that we otherwise miss in the daily round of what Wordsworth called "getting and spending".
- Are you currently involved in any non-profit or volunteer work?
- I volunteer occasionally for Amy Goodman's Democracy Now, and have written free pieces for the WorldWideRenaissance site. I also write and edit for a blog, dailyrevolution.net, which is reasonably popular (it's linked to from Media Matters, for one), but doesn't generate any revenue.
- What is your Passion? Your Purpose?
- To see my kid grow up in a world where she has a chance not merely to survive but to feel free to be creative and nurturing. Thus, I teach that to repair the planet we must fix ourselves.
- How do any products or services you offer contribute to making the world more peaceful?
- The only product I have is my writing and teaching, which is generally delivered gratis online. See dailyrevolution.net for a sample.

As you'll find, we are a real mixture here, but maybe 50% from US with the rest from UK, Europe and everywhere else. Love the mix, and I know it's challenging for everyone else to grok completely our fervor as we enter the election cycle.
Lots of metaphysicians and Quantum Physics students here too - hence, we will only reiterate and give energy to what we DO want. I'll go for a Democratic Congress and President as part of my new hologram...

You'll note there's a Democracy Now group formed, with only one member. If you'd like to do some Peace reporting (this is a PRO peace site, there are plenty of other places on the web to rant), it would be GREAT.
